Grenada Sailing Week 2023 was powered by Sol and Mobil!
TBT to when our team members attended the final race day of Grenada Sailing Week where we were proud to co-sponsor Race Day together with Netherland Insurance, distributing a total of 15 prizes. Grenada Sailing Week (GSW) was established in 2013, and is a vital part of the local sporting and tourism calendar.
Sol is proud to have supported the event in line with our mission to energise sporting and cultural events in the communities we serve.
Team members at Sol Guyana, in collaboration with @AmCham Guyana and the @Embassy Of Guyana, were happy to spread Christmas cheer at local children’s homes in Berbice and Soesdyke Highway. This annual trip is in line with Sol’s mission to engage with local communities across our network!

Loadmasters play a special role in the movement of energy products, for example, between tanker ships, barges, and terminals. In line with Sol’s commitment to enhancing health & safety standards within the industry, Sol IHO’s team kicked off a special Loading Master Training round in October. The diverse group of trainees included regional team members from across 6 Caribbean territories (Guyana, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, Suriname, Antigua and Barbados).
Successful candidates were awarded with a Certificate of Competence recognized by the Energy Institute.
