The Sol Group Acquires GB Energy’s Subsidiary in Jamaica
Jamaica, July 1, 2022 – The Sol Group (Sol), the leading provider of energy solutions in the Caribbean confirms the completion of its acquisition of the subsidiary of GB Energy (GB) in Jamaica. The acquisition includes GB’s Jamaican Retail, Aviation, LPG/Autogas, Commercial & Lubricants activities.
Sol is pleased to confirm that it will continue to distribute high-quality Texaco with Techron fuels to the network of Texaco branded and licensed service stations, strategically located across the Island, for the convenience of its consumers.
