Sol Grenada promotes anti-littering and encourages you to use our waste disposal bags and display our bumper stickers so you too can be an advocate for a cleaner environment. Thanks to the Grenada Tourism Authority for teaming up with us on this initiative.
Sol Grenada in collaboration with St. George’s University School of Medicine (AMSA, SCAVMA, WIM, Peds and IFMSA hosted a “One Health, One Medicine” fair on September 3rd 2016, at the Grand Mal Community Centre & Playing Field, Grand Mal, St. George’s.
The one-day event which is currently in its 2nd year is geared at providing free medical and veterinary services and information to the Grand Mal Community and surrounding areas.
As part of Sol Grenada’s corporate social responsibility and with HSE being paramount in our operations, the team chose to engage the community through the provision of health checks, veterinary services and sharing health information. The event attracted over 100 patrons with 50 animals being treated. Some of the attendees included members of the local team, including Country Manager, George Bain Jr.
After another successful event, Sol Grenada will continue to support this initiative which provides care to persons in their business community and is beneficial to the less fortunate. The event also provided the team with an excellent opportunity to increase brand recognition.
