Sol Antilles Guyane organized “La Sol’idaire”

In November, Sol Antilles Guyane organized “La Sol’idaire”, a 5 kilometer walk in Guadeloupe and Martinique to collect funds to the benefit of the France Alzheimer foundation.
This was a first time event organized for this foundation in the French territories.
The event attracted more than 1,000 participants, adults and kids. Each one of them received a shirt “La Sol’idaire”, a backpack, lighting bracelets and necklaces.
It was an outstanding success and extremely well received by the population in Martinique and Guadeloupe. At the end, Sol Antilles Guyane collected up to 9,000 USD all benefit the France Alzheimer Foundation!!!
Participants said…”we have never seen such event like this before, for sure we’ll come back next year…..the appointment is already made with SOL for La Sol’idaire 2017”!
