In line with our commitment to transparency, Sol informs the public that the investigations into the incident that took place at the Jackson Point Terminal on Sunday, July 23, 2017, have been concluded.
Following an exhaustive investigation, Sol would like to inform the public that a Joint Press Release Statement has been issued by OfReg and Sol addressing the resolution of this matter and can be found below.
Sol accepts responsibility for the incident and reassures the public that, in conjunction with OfReg, a complete review of internal safety procedures and protocols has taken place, and where necessary changes and improvements made to ensure that, going forward procedures and standards are in place to ensure that no similar incident can occur.
