What an amazing week celebrating Operations Champions Week at Sol, where we put the spotlight on safety, health, wellness, and community! We participated in 22 outreach events and connected with over 300 of our incredible front-line workers, who we proudly call our “Hall of Famers.”
From inspiring get-togethers to hands-on activities, the week was filled with energy, celebration, and the undeniable power of teamwork.
This week, Sol employees in St. Lucia came together for an outreach event to support The Boys Training Centre, a government-run home dedicated to helping young men reach their full potential. Understanding the Centre’s challenges, our team donated groceries to provide meals and ease overhead costs. It was such a rewarding experience to connect with the community and make a positive impact on the lives of these bright young men.
