Looking to the Future
We are solarizing our network of retail service stations, offices, and terminals across Barbados. Beyond our own network, Sol Ecolution is actively engaged with local stakeholders to help facilitate Barbados’ renewable energy transition at the commercial and utility-scale.
Sol Ecolution has started deploying solar photovoltaic (PV) technology on our network of assets in Barbados. We currently have one retail service station that is fully operational, with an additional 14 sites expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
The total installed capacity of these sites will generate approximately 1,934,953 kilowatt-hours of “clean” electricity annually, which will offset 3,023,126 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions per year. This is the equivalent of:
