Sol Rewards Excellence in Customer Service
Two service stations in the Shell network in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, have won top awards, Gold & Silver, for customer service excellence.
The Arnos Vale Service Station, operated by Tyrone Dickson and Martello Investments Ltd, in Pembroke operated by Martello Knights are the receivers of this regional award.
The customer service programme is conducted every quarter and is based on monthly audits, a mystery motorist programme and other performance based site factors.
In Q1-2012, Arnos Vale Service Station and LTD Service Station, in Fountain, both won Silver and in Q2-2012, Martello Investment Ltd also won Silver. “We try to offer the best service to our customers through our service stations, as it is not just about fuel, but a good customer shopping experience”, John Jacobs, Sales & Marketing Supervisor for Sol EC Ltd in St.Vincent & the Grenadines commented. He further added “Our Customer service Representatives (CSRs), are there to ensure we have smiling customers, at Every Site, Every Visit.”
The retailer for Arnos Vale Service Station, Tyrone Dickson, commented: “He was pleased, as his staff worked hard to achieve this award and hopes they continue to perform at a high standard of service to satisfy the many customers who use Arnos Vale Service Station. We are grateful to Shell and Sol for this recognition.” While Jenella Bacchus, Station Manager at Martello’s commented that: “While it is a challenge to operate a service station, it is satisfying to win a top award like this one and we would like to thank Shell and Sol for running it. We try to do our best to serve our customers quickly and efficiently and would like to invite those who use the competition, to come and try our Shell Diesel and Shell V-Power fuel and the great customer service we offer.”
The programme is conducted by Shell through SOL EC LTD, in all territories where it operates using Shell branded service stations.
